Cancellation Policy

For all salon appointments, we require you cancel at least 48 hours (2 Business Days) in advance of the appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled after the 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service at the stylists’ discretion.

All of our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
